1. Azri2u shall use the best effort to make sure that goods/products send accordingly and correctly fulfilled. The returned goods/products will be checked with the receipt together and the goods should be in the good condition.

2. The packaging should also be in original condition in original shipping container as received.

3. If the goods/products has been used or damaged by the customer, there will not be any refund.

4. Aura Blue Selection Sdn Bhd (1036786-W) will also not be responsible if your shipment is lost during the return transit. Once we have checked and confirm the goods/products, customer will received their refund after the confirmation.

5. Refund due to cancellation,order cancellation shall be made within 24 hours from the time of placement of customer order by contacting our Azri Support  Team at syktazri@gmail.com or +6016-8883786. Any request for cancellation made after 24 hours will not be entertained. Aura Blue Selection Sdn Bhd (1036786-W) reserve the absolute discretion to proceed or reject customer request for cancellation. For cancellation of order, customer shall be responsible for the payment of miscellaneous charge that shall be determined by us prior to your cancellation. No cancellation will be entertained once customer orders have been shipped to customer address.

8. Aura Blue Selection Sdn Bhd (1036786-W) would take seven (7) working days for us to process cutomer refund upon receipt your Refund Details with complete personal particulars. You will receive a transfer slip from us once the refund instruction is submitted to the bank.

9. We reserve the absolute discretion to amend any terms and conditions were we deem fit and appropriate and all amendments will be published. Your continue usage of the website and placement of order will be deemed to constitute your acceptance of these amendments (if any).

10. These terms and conditions are governed by the applicable laws of Malaysia and you hereby agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Malaysian courts.
